4 years ago my family & I were deported from Tasmania Australia, with little more than clothes on our backs, we had to learn how to start again.
Sleeping on kitchen floors, living out of suitcases & putting our faith in the hands of complete strangers, it truely was a transformative time for all of us.
“There was one moment however, one profound act of kindness that changed it all for me, that really redirected my entire journey."
At a time in my life where I was working as a door to door barber & doing cheap photo sessions for people with little means, I had almost everything I owned stolen from my car, which at the time was also my home.
In this space a complete stranger who knew little of me reached out and loaned me $10,000, which was enough money to get the gear I needed to get back on my feet and continue working to help others within the community.
It was not his money, but his faith in me, his trust that woke me up; It hit me like a ton of rocks, it made me want to do for others what he did for me.
To give people their power back, to help them believe in themselves, to see that light, be that light, to share their product, work with purpose-driven creators; To thrive together.

Through all this time, I have never created a website dedicated to photography. I’ve created these platforms for many others to share their gifts but never myself.
I came to understand I’m not fully stepping into my power, or into my gifts. This made me sad and angry. The result, is this platform where my offerings lie available for all to witness. This is me taking responsibility and CHOOSING to do this!
